RW series - Rewinding Systems for bare wire

The RW SERIES are digital controlled Rewinding systems for spools DIN 120 800. The series includes four lines, each for different size of spools. They can be used for single, bunched and multi wire.

  1. Bunched spools with uneven traversing may be faulty in lower layers. RW Series Rewinding Systems correct the tension and traverse pitch.
  2. RW Series Rewinding Systems salvage wire on spools with damaged flanges, that otherwise cannot be supplied to the customer.
  3. RW Series Rewinding Systems salvage semi-filled single or multi-wire spools accumulated during drawing production, that cannot be supplied to customers.
  4. Cold wire welding with the RW Series Rewinding Systems is highly cost efficient compared to stopping operation of the drawing machine for the same purpose.
